Iceland might be one of the coldest places in Europe but it has become in the past few years a “trendy” surf destination: empty line-ups, beautiful landscapes and super-cold water. Equipped with a board lightened with LEDs, professionals surfers Hodei Collazo, Imanol Yeregi, Natxo González headed to Iceland in search of waves, an odyssey in which snow and ice are the protagonist and they experienced Icelandic’s weather conditions, where surf becomes extreme and often almost unbearable, but they captured some stunning images.
